Hi, My name is Jake...
I have been in worship ministry for over 30 years. I have served as a volunteer, and for the last 15 years, as paid staff. I get it. Ministry is hard. We signed up for this to see peoples lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus and didn't realize all the logistical and relational work that goes into it.
I would like to make myself available to you to coach you through ministry challenges. I have served in small, medium and large churches. Some have been traditional and some modern in the worship style. I have helped a single location church grow to a four location multi-site congregation.
My approach to coaching is different than what you may have experienced or seen in the past. While there is no way to get completely away from the mechanics of the job, I think it is more important to focus on the why. Being able to recruit volunteers, build a worship set, and lead volunteers is important. If that is where you really need help, then I have some great resources I can point you to. You can simply email me and I can connect you to those resources. But if you are looking to go deeper and do the hard work of getting to know yourself and stepping beyond the platform to do genuine ministry with the people you serve each week, then I may be able to help you.
Private coaching with me involves two online private sessions a month plus acces to me via email and private Facebook group.

I offer 3 and 6 month coaching packages
3 months - $1000
6 Months - $1750
There are options to break down the cost into monthly payments. We can discuss those you decide this is a good fit for you.
